The Morrisby Profile is one of our most established and sophisticated tools for assessing aptitudes, learning styles and personal working styles. The integrated nature of the profile enables a depth of analysis that is not available in any other vocational assessment system.
The shape of the “profile” is used to show a client's own strengths and underlying abilities. The scientific analysis of this psychological profile provides genuine insights into potential future work performance, which goes far beyond any analysis of interests alone.
